Wild salmon and broad bean salad

This is Alaskan wild salmon cooked in butter and fennel seeds. The salad is broad beans with bulgur wheat, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted pumpkin seeds and feta cheese.

    I do love broad beans! “SORAMAME”!
    We had them the other day,just boiled them with pinch of salt,mmmm
    it’s great with beer!

    However,the salad was gorgeous,but I would have put soy sauce on the salmon,
    I’m so Japanese,arnt I?!
