FYI
I’ve got a piece of very useful information from ”伊東家”。
You can make scorns from melted butter ( you don’t need to use solid butter to make a dough). Just add a pack of yoghurt onto the melted butter and knead it by hand (surely after adding other materials). Easy peasy Japanesey♪
