It needs good meat and richer tomatoes, but the basic concept is good.

This is bloody great,Rich cooked it in the oven 12hours through the night,
got up to check it twice(I was sleeping obviously) around 3am and 6am,
it is worth it.
It tastes very simple(it isn’t confusing) and punchy,not like chilly ,more like peppery spicy.
I love it.
