Not as good as it looked.
The recipe is promising, but: I should have used far less noodles (2 bunches are enough), less chilli, more peanuts (don’t fry them), and more than one egg.

It was actually quite lots of noodles,but we ate them all,didn’t we?4 bunches
would be for 4 people usually,wouldn’t it?

I do love it! Did u have this with suger? In Thailand, they have it with a lot of suger and fish souce. Sounds not nice… but yummy! try it! if u want.

It’s got sugar, tamarind and Thai fish sauce.
But no Chinese Chives (NIRA) because you can’t buy those round here.

I love this noodles.
Is this noodles good with lime juce ? Looks lovely.

You’ve hidden some kanji in there … A couple of simple ones: 少甘 then a scary one which looks like a spider: 物 and another: 近 then a couple of ones which I know: 食来
