Green tarragon gazpacho
The gazpacho is based on this recipe but is heavily altered by me. The centre is fish (”crab”) sticks mashed up with a little mayonnaise. The basic concept of crab sticks surrounded by a green gazpacho soup comes from a starter on Le Mercury’s menu.

I’m very happy that we finally could use these glasses!Lovely!
This taste was great,considering he used very simple and reasonable ingredients
such as;KANIKAMA!
I loved it and would be a great starter for Rich’s parents are coming around for lunch
in two weeks time….
