Stuffed squash
A stuffed acorn squash and butternut squash. I stuffed these with gorgonzola cheese, pancetta, pine nuts, pumpkin nuts and parmesan.

Mmmmm the pancetta goes well with the cheese and garlics and pumpkin!
However,I thought the white chunks were cheese but actually garlics!weren’t they too big,darling?
