Onion bhajis

Onion bhajis — greasy, delicious Indian junk food. And surprisingly simple to make.

The recipe came off the back of a packet of Natco’s gram flour (which I urge you to buy …)

I served it with some salad and some yogurt and coriander, with the yogurt diluted with a little milk and olive oil:

Verdict: fantastic!
