Basically, no.
The problem is that these dishes take a huge amount of preparation. For example, looking at the ice cream pudding you can see that the chef made five different (full-sized) puddings then took a small piece from each one and assembled them together. Not to mention the sauces. That’s fine if you’re making the same puddings for 40 people, but is far too much effort for 4.

It was more like what they call “fusion” cuisine. Which means they take influences from western and Japanese cooking. It’s very common on the US west coast, eg. California.

I should say that they only had 3 things on the menu. I like restaurants that just concentrate on what they do best, or what they can just make with the ingredients they have today.

Actually,they have 3 mini-kaiseki menu on the menu because of lunch time,
I guess they have special evening menu which is more choice.
