Square ones are easy for me because I just use a rolling pin.
I never got the hang of the spinning thing.

BTW, I used to work at a pizza shop as a uni student and made pizza by hand and of course, round ones by spinning pizza dough!
Anyway, your pizza is my most favourite menu.
