Pancake day!

Pancakes have been eaten in England for at least 500 years, and pancake day (Shrove Tuesday) has been celebrated for at least 400 years (and probably a lot lot longer).

    Anyway,they are all made with flour and eggs and butter and milk!and Tasty!!

    I made myself a savory black pudding pancake for lunch today. Black pudding was the nearest thing to ham in the house. Quite nice actually!

    They use dried-yeast instead of baking powder.
