I was gonna make Oshi-zushi with smoked salmon at first but changed my mind and made kind of Chirashi-zushi in the end.
Can you see Tororo-konbu in the bottle at the backgound,mmmm was lovely with miso-soup,wasn’t it?!
Ops,I forgot that Rich isn’t keen on soup….shame though.

Oshi-zushi and oshiri-kazirimushi aren’t related at all,you know.
