I don’t know who told you it was hard to use. Perhaps they were spreading FUD about it?
It is by far the easiest phone to use that I have ever owned. The software is extremely well thought out, fast, smooth and generally pleasant to use. It also looks great, but that’s secondary to its ease of use.
