		<description>First day - 2 to 9:30, on the following day from 8 to 12 - but I think it was too long. Seems to be that with my oven, 10 hours is enough.

Cracking came out rather well - but again, 30 min at 230C, and on the second day, I took the fat bits out from the block and cook further 40 min at 230C!

Didn&#039;t realise how long it takes.......</description>
