In front of the back door, on the wall which adjoins the kitchen. Obviously it’s leaking somewhere in the bathroom again, so Clint & John didn’t fix it right last time …

Oh NO! Again??!!
I’ve been trying to paint the bathroom wall where the leak from upstairs guys happened (they just said, oh did it, and that’s all) but it peels off again and again – what’s wrong?

LE I think you need to dry the wall thoroughly before you paint it ..

If it’s bare plaster you have to put primer first so the paint has something to stick to.

The leak happened a year ago, so it must be totally dry by now!
It was on the previous paint, and still it cracked and peeled….hmmm.
So, how is this leak? Did they turn up in the end?
