Curry with paratha

Paratha is a type of fried bread which I discovered and decided (wrongly) was naan. Anyway, here we’re eating it with a mouth-watering slow-cooked lamb curry made with shanks from the local butcher and sweet potatoes from the local shop. Oishii!

Sorry about the terrible photo. Notice in the background the JML pedometer which registered 3000 steps an hour on my treadmill before it overloaded and died. Bloody JML!!

I’d be interested to see how many steps i make per day, how much are pedometers made by any other company?

Amazon sell cheapo ones for under a tenner.

You are supposed to do 10,000 steps a day. If I sit at a normal desk, that’s basically impossible for me. With a full day on the treadmill desk, I do 18,000+ steps. So that is your target to beat: 18K.

    I did easily walk more than 10000 steps a day,when I work.
    They(pedometers) shouldn’t talk,it was annoying.,

You can turn the voice off … maybe not on the JML one though!
